Every time I lunch minecraft and click play it re-download Resources folder. Sometimes i have to wait 5 to 10 mins to download. I downloaded magic launcher but sometimes i have to use original launcher. I try to delete hole .minecraft folder then download new launcher but that didn`t worked.
Your internet connectivity might be a bit slow, the best thing to do is probably to be patient or to see if you can get a better internet connection
I tried to block resources.download.minecraft.net in hosts file. It actually worked! But now I have another problem When i start 1.7.2 Error! Couldn't unpack natives. I can't find any solution. Now I'm using magic launcher.
