I don't know how. I've gone on my premium account and downloaded everything but I still can't play in offline mode. I need offline mode because I don't get internet much and I need it to log in.
So if I understand this correctly - With ver. 1.7.9 you must login and then with out logging out you may then choose to play offline? As I have setup a server last night and confirmed my 8 year old can access it. If I want to allow my him to play off line (via our LAN) then he will need to auth in teh launcher to then be able to access a server I have running locally? And then if my other children wish to access this same server I need to drop another 27 USD for them to have the right to access it? Seems to be a bit of a squeeze for the kids...
An Engineer with more than a pickaxe can see that it is a business, but is it fair to the tikes - guess the servers to be hosted will ensure that charges are just enough to offset the costs or maybe a better mouse trap is needed.
