Does anyone know why I can't select the "Singleplayer", "Multiplayer", "Options" or "Quit Game" buttons?

I have installed it on a suitable PC running Linux Lite and it has the EXACT same problem whether I run the Linux or Windows version via WINE.

It is so strange...I can't select any options with the keyboard or mouse and this is the same problem on all versions I have tried!

Losing my patience with this...seems like I've blown my $$$ :/
