and yes, that is the exact error worded akwardly but it's the error i've been getting every single time i try to log into minecraft servers i can't login to my account after signing out and when i get to the launcher screen the "play" button says "play offline" i have had that before im just stating that's why aswell realms is'nt there when it previously was and the servers have multiple people on them so i belive it's my fault for the error
also i have tries flushing my dns and changing the dns ip's or whatever i have tried intalling java and checking on all the minecraft servers like the login, and all that stuff, however i still can't fix this issue i need help urgently
The servers were down for maintenance for a long period but are now up again (see http://help.mojang.com/) But only the official launcher will work now.

yes still not working... and yes i have payed $30 and have a 100% real premium account
so today i spent a lot of time trying to figure out this issue! i don't think it is client side at all. I couldn't connect up to my server for a long time. I finally decided to update my entire server to the newest everything and it fixed the issue.
