I just got a new computer today and installed minecraft. (1.7.5) it was working completlly fine and everything was going well. I turned my computer off then when i turned it back on it didnt work i looked up how to get it to launch and i tried clicking run doing %appdata% then clicking on minecraft.exe and deleting all of its files. I made a mistake and deleted ALL of the files including minecraft not just minecrafts files........So now when i uninstall java and minecraft it still wont launch and minecraft.exe wont pop up any way to fix this cause i do not feel like buying a new computer.
Go to minecraft.net, when it's working again, and on the home page, it should say something about downloading, don't remember exactly, but it will have a link saying minecraft.exe. Press on it and it will re-download it for you, as long as you have an account that you've already bought Minecraft on. Also, so you don't have another accident with your files, go to %appdata% and move the launcher to you Desktop. That way it will be easier to access it as well.
