Hey, so my minecraft launcher isn't working at all. Like, the play button is shaded gray, and I can't do anything except for scroll and look at the updates. Anyways, here's the development console under the spoiler. I think that's all you need, because it looks different from most development consoles I've seen...

Erase the .Minecraft folder in %appdata%/Roaming and then launch the client again and wait a bit after logging in. Give it at least 5 mins, though depends on your internet speed. If nothing changes then. Then the client is probably some reason not either able to download the game files, or there is a software conflict or issue happening.
