So I managed to make a Black Hole on my map. I'm not exactly how I made it but it was just a chunk missing and if you went in it it crashed the server. Then I noticed it started to expand and remove the other chunks. And it kept expanding. So I had to do a map reset.
I did use an outdated world edit and used the command //regen.
You probably just had a chunk error. Those happen from time to time though I've never heard of them spreading before. I'm not sure how to fix them except by using MCedit to regenerate the chunk(s).

To those of you suggesting new uses for Emeralds in the suggestions forum: Emeralds have enough uses. You can trade with villagers to get diamond armor/tools/weapons and enchants. Stop suggesting that Emeralds are useless, and learn to play Minecraft. Thanks.

I made a Feed The Beast modpack! Simply type "Experiment812390" without quotes into the 3rD party codes area and you can see the mods list and install!

the A-10 also sports the GAU-8 Avenger a 30MM hydraulic gatling type autocannon
The easiest way to "make" them is to crash the game or server suddenly. It doesn't always happen but if you hit it at the right moment you can cause them.

I'm not sure with World Edit but with MC Edit you can delete an entire chunk and the world will regenerate it if you go back to that area. Keep in mind it won't restore things you made and if you use it on a chunk that was made in a different version it might generate differently if the world generation code changed.

Nothing inside of the Hole. It's like going to the end and traveling far away just no darkness. And I only got a glimps once then server crashed. I did see some mobs in the distance.

In principle, a black hole can have any mass equal to or above the Plank mass (about 22 micrograms). To make a black hole, one must concentrate mass or energy sufficiently that the escape velocity from the region in which it is concentrated exceeds the speed of light. This condition gives the Schwarzschild radius, , where G is Gravitational constant and c is the speed of light, of a black hole of mass M. On the other hand, the Compton wavelength, , where h is Planck's constant, represents a limit on the minimum size of the region in which a mass M at rest can be localized. For sufficiently small M, the reduced Compton wavelength (, where ħ is Reduced planck constant) exceeds half the Schwarzschild radius, and no black hole description exists. This smallest mass for a black hole is thus approximately the Planck mass.
TL:DR : Take something and squeeze it really hard. (not really that simple)
