Enough already. i downloaded the update April 1 anhd now I am unable to remove it? I downloaded a new copy on my account yesterday and all is good. Today I try the same for my wife and it will not fix.
Is your System Time correct? If not, set it to the current time. Also, go to your .minecraft folder (When the launcher opens, click "edit profile" and then "open game dir") and go the the "versions" folder. Delete all the versions in there (Unless you want to keep a modded version) and load up the game. Also, make sure you have no Resource Packs installed.
EDIT:
Also, install another resource pack if this doesn't work, like Faithful 32x32 or the default Minecraft resource pack.
Any suggestions?
