Hi, I have purchased the Minecraft game for my cousin and we have downloaded it onto the computer and when we go to start it up the launcher only brings up the Minecraft site where the download links are. It will say it is starting up or launching and then that is all that comes up.
Do we have to download something else? We are not sure what is wrong or why it's not starting up. We can't even login so I wonder if we are missing something.
