Just recently playing minecraft for a few years. haven't encountered this 'Natives' problem. But now, i have. A few hours ago, i was just playing minecraft as usual and stopped it for a while. I ran the launcher again and it seems that it stopped for a few minutes. I checked the Development Console and saw this:

do you have mods if you do remove them and see what happens or back up your saves and reinstall minecraft

Maybe it will help if u delete the "1.7.4" Folder inside u "C:\Users\EzioAuditoreda\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions" Folder and let the launcher re-download the files complete.
If it doesn't work u can try to remove u Minecraft folder (Don't delete the Save folder, u worlds are in there)

I advise that you delete your .minecraft folder, turrn off your Firewall and your Antivirus, then redownload your .minecraft. If that doesn't work, idk, cause that's what I did

It seems that for some reason, the java zip class couldn't open the file. So if you don't want to remove .minecraft or just want to try find out exactly what's wrong: Make sure that you can modify the files in that directory and that there is no file called 1.7.4-natives-108407676373548 (AFAIK, that is supposed to be downloaded every time before game starts)
Note that finding out what is exactly wrong may take some time, so if you just want to play Minecraft, just reinstall Minecraft as I said at the start.


You do know that mods don't change the launcher in any way, right? This is an error that probably came during the preparation for launching the game.

I have already tried deleting .minecraft many times (before posting this), so basically, deleting .minecraft is not the solution but thanks for trying to help me

I have tried doing these many times before as well (such as deleting .minecraft) but this does not solve the problem

Hi, i did this as well and it did not work.
