Hey, i got a computer with 12GB ram, but minecraft only runs on 60 fps. It should be better, and i dont use it to anything else, so if possibly i could use 9GB dedicated to minecraft, or whatever. I've tried optifine, and it doesnt help. Also, changing settings doesnt change anything, i have 60 fps on both 2 and 32 on render distance. Any suggestions of what i can do?
if you wernt aware you posted twice " http://www.minecraft...4-increase-fps/ "?
but yes, have you allocated that ammount of RAM to your MC? if not you can follow these steps
I've tried everything, from minimum 1 to 9 GB ram. Its still at 60, and is very unstable. Except once when it hit 100 fps for a few milliseconds. :/

Generally, Minecraft doesn't need much more than 1 GB of RAM and typically only uses ~350 MB. What are your graphics settings and what GPU does your computer have? Based on your description of the problem, you might have V-sync on either in Minecraft or in your GPU settings. I'd try looking into that.

GPU is the graphics/video card. If you don't know, you can check by going to Start and typing "dxdiag" and opening that. Navigate to the Display tab and your graphics card should be listed there.
