I'm brazilian, please help me.
I have the premium minecraft, but my minecraft(1.7.2, 1.7.4 and 1.7.5) have so much lag.
the lag is like servers, no normal lag.
excuse my english errors, im brazilian.
Well server lag can be caused by a poor connection to the server, or if enough RAM isn't allocated to the server by the owner. Is it all servers, or just a couple? If it's actually server lag, then there isn't anything you can do about it (unless you're the owner).
What do you mean by 'normal lag'? I assume you mean FPS.

I think he means his Minecraft supposedly runs at 140fps but he is having "server lag"(connection lag) in singleplayer. There isnt much we can do withouth some information
Try putting FPS to Unlimited and Render Distance to 5 chunks
