Dear everyone who will read this: Please tell me why I , for some reason, had a 30 fps drop in the past month. In February, I had 60-70 fps in minecraft. For some reason, NOW I barely reach 30 fps. Please tell me suggestions to make it faster.
My info is a Dell Laptop; 6 gigabytes of ram, and a 500 gb hard drive.
Well, I do not know how to check my laptop's GPU...
Located in Control Panel you will see something called "Device Manager", open that application. You will see the text "Display Adapters" with an arrow the the left hand side, click the arrow. What appears in the expanded view "should" be your GPU.
For example, this is what my computer looks like. My Computer's GPU is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 760

- A little drop is normal if u change to a newer version of Minecraft. (From Version to Version Minecraft get a little bit CPU hungrier)
- If u build match Redstone Machines (Special clocks and so) its normal to. Special if u build Monster Traps with changing water flow. (Set water remove water).
- If the drop on some Arrears its maybe the Redston/floting water thing or a problem with to many entities.
(To shack this i need u map to verifies. Upload u map to an fielhoster and give link <pleas compress u file ZIP RAR or ACE>)
