OK if Minecraf tell u got not 3GB u maybe mistype the parameter in u Minecraft launcher profile.
Try "-Xmx3G" normal u don't need so many ram for Minecraft. 1 GB is fine until u use BIG Resource packs or many mods.
First Pic are broken and the second say u got 59 FPS. Some People will kill for a FPS like this. Manny People are happy with around 30-40 FPS.
Most time more RAM don't give better FPS. Tray lower settings or mod like Optifine.
So i think my computer is going to take a nap, or wt heck is happening xD
