I've had this problem before, and I've fixed it by running minecraft.exe in as an administrator. Now it's back, and running it as an admin does not work. I've tried rebooting my PC, and redownloading the client (which doesn't work), and I've also messed around with my antivirus and firewall settings (I've tried to add it to the exceptions list while scanning, but it has no use)

I've also noticed that it doesn't have access to write on my disk.
