Minecraft Startup Problem (after launcher)

So I go to play minecraft with my friend and I press the 'Play' button on the launcher. It loads and then it goes right back to the launcher. It says that it failed to delete

C:\Users\dragonpro822\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\Sigma\Sigma-natives-7585804462328

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
