It Could possibly be your graphics or ram dying on you, what specs is your GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) You can find it if you go in Dxdiag, just go to your desktop, click the start, and search for dxdiag, then when you bring up dxdiag, look at display, there you can find out what your graphics card is, and show us a picture of what it is , oh and to take a picture of just the main screen, do alt + print screen on the keyboard, and then crop your image in paint, and voila, you don't have to worry bout showing off your desktop
