Hello, I recently got a new computer and installed Minecraft I played for a couple days or so and everything was peachy. Then one day the launcher would not go into the actual game I would just load the game and then it would do nothing. So naturally I reinstalled. Now I cannot even access the new launcher. I have installed the old launcher and it works fine but when I try to download or access the new one I receive this error report:

Are you running this on an account with administrator privileges? If yes check your firewall and antivirus settings for java files and ensure java is up to date.
Yes my account is admin and I have tried running it as admin. According to java I am up to date and Java and MC are allowed on windows firewall. I have tried it with the firewall off and no antivirus software with the same results...
