Help Everytime I open my launcher and start to download the green bar just goes back to the start and not opening up the game.

Yes, I am a premium user like the others.

I tried different methods plus there were no errors.

I tried,
Reinstalling Java
Deleting my .minecraft
Getting a new launcher
Changing profile
Changing version.

PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE!!!
