For the past 2 weeks I've had this error that doesn't let me connect to any multiplayer servers.Pleas help I really want to play minecraft but this is not letting play with my friends.

As a connectivity test, try connecting to us.oc.tc.
If you can connect, then the issue is with the servers you're trying.
If you can't connect, provide a HijackThis log:
