Okay so this has been happening after a long time of not playing minecraft. The game has it's new start up menu and everything loads up fine I go into a multiplayer server list and play on a friends server. The game starts up as normal I can move around just fine and after a short period of time (about a minute to 5 minutes) my computer crashes with blue screen of death. Now here's the kicker, this crash only happens when I play minecraft, I can run other games perfectly fine and I can be on my computer for an entire day and it won't crash so I assume there's something wrong with minecraft, or how it's interacting with my OS (windows 7) which I should mention my copy of Windows 7 is not genuine and maybe that's what's causing it. I've also updated all of my drivers and my Java so I'm really not sure what is causing this to happen. Any help would be much appreciated since I do want to play the game.
Hi,
That would likely mean a fault with system drivers, probably graphics.
Please press Win+R and in the run prompt, use:
Then press OK, a UAC prompt may appear, confirm it.
You should see a list of .dmp file(s), look for the most recent one, copy the file and move it to your Desktop.
Then upload it to somewhere like mediafire.com or mega.co.nz and link us back to the DUMP file so we can analyze it.
