Alright, so back a little while ago when Mojang updated the skins, my skin loaded everything except the hat. I tried loading a 1.8 ready skin, but none of the top layer loaded. Now hats and the second layer of skins refuse to load. I have tried reuploading my skin but it's not working. Help?
