Help please, I'm getting this error with an unmodified client, bootstrap, in other words no client...
I can't get a picture but I'll say what happens,


I start it up and this....

(Starts at wiggly Brackets and ends at wiggly brackets)

Unable to rename - could be on another filesystem, trying copy & delete.
Copy & delete succeeded.
Looking for update

Didn't find an update in time.
Reversing LZMA on C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack.lzma to C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack

I don't know if this was a troll or an error but I just randomly tried to run it again and it worked, so this problem is fixed, and can a moderator please mark this as solved or lock it.
