I don't know what's happened but when I open Minecraft Launcher this happens:

System.getProperty('os.name') == 'Windows 7'
System.getProperty('os.version') == '6.1'
System.getProperty('os.arch') == 'x86'
System.getProperty('java.version') == '1.7.0_51
System.getProperty('java.vendor') == 'Oracle Corporation'
System.getProperty('sun.arch.data.model') == '32'

Found cached update
Renaming C:/Users/User/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/launcher.pack.lzma.new to C:/Users/User/Appdata/Roaming/.minecraft/launcher.pack.lzma
Unable to Rename - could be on another filesystem, trying to copy and delete.
Copy and Delete succeeded.
Looking for update
Downloading: https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/launcher/launcher.pack.lzma
Got reply in: 1726ms
Didn't find an update in time.
Reversing LZMA on C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack.lzma to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher.pack
FATAL ERROR: net.minecraft.bootstrap.FatalBootstrapError: Unable to un-lzma: LZMA.LzmaException: LZMA : Data Error
