It take so long to get into minecraft because everytime i load it , it always downloads the resources and update everytime.
it take at least 10 min for me just to get in the menu screen because of the downloads

Look on the "Development Console" in the Launcher if Minecraft cant download the Files.
Maybe u Fierewall or an Antivirus Program block the connection.
