I don't know what to do! It was always working. But one day I was playing in a flat world. Working just fine, playing around with my mods. I pause it and come back. I unpause it and it's lagging really bad, never seen it do that in so long. When I try to walk I take a step forward and then it just freeze until I let go of W! I uninstalled it so many times! It still won't work! Even when it's clean! my laptop is REALLY good and holds alot of memory. No matter what I do I still can't walk. What do I do?!
Mods can disturb game memory, try using stock Minecraft....

Mods can affect Java and cause it to increase the rate of which it has a memory leak, a simple reboot would have solved it, try playing completely vanilla.
You may also have V-Sync on in the options(power saver)
Could have a Virus, scan your computer
Defrag your hard drive
Make sure you're using your dedicated GPU in your laptop if it has one.
Reinstall Java
1- I don't know what V-Sync is I don't think I ever did anything like it
2- I already thought of that, not a single virus
3- What do you mean defrag my hard drive?
4- I have no idea what a GPU is
5- Don't have java. It causes to many problems

The mods have nothing to do with it. I uninstalled it then reinstalled the game and when I tried again it did that same thing! Even on a renewed minecraft! The game is unplayable!
It turns out java IS updated but that is still now the issue. I've been thinking. When you add mods multiple files can be added too the minecraft.jar. I've been adding and removing mods so could it be that the minecraft.jar has so many different mods in it and it's slowing down the game? Then again I've been removing then adding minecraft so it should be clear...right? I have no idea what's wrong and right now i'm starting to hate the PC version. It's becoming unplayable and so far $20 is going to waste.
