I'm experiencing a very strange problem. My FPS on multiple servers is over 100fps at any given time on servers in the EU and NA regions.
On 3 different servers that I play on (1 in EU, 1 in Canada, 1 in USA) I have no problems. My fps is fine.
On 1 server, in the US, when I log in my FPS is fine for 10 seconds to 10 minutes... It appears to be random. Afterwards it drops to 0 and I have to restart the whole client to fix it.
When my fps is at 0 a tracert to the server shows no lag.
My PC is slightly better than my partner's and on his PC I experience no problems what-so-ever.
I just can't understand why I only get FPS drops on this one server.
Typically another 30 to 40 people are online and none of them are experiencing the problem either... just me,... just on this one server.
I tried deleting my AppData\Roaming\.minecraft folder which forced the client to update/download again and reset all of my settings back to default. That seems to have fixed the issue. I just played for approx 30 minutes with no issues.
