Today I was playing minecraft, and my dog knocked my Desktop down. Pic stood it back up, it turned off so I turned it back on, then I logged onto my computer like it was no big deal. I the. Started up minecraft and it wouldn't allow me to join a server. So I logged out and when I went to log back in it gave me a message. 'Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are online and that minecraft is not blocked' so I made sure I was online, made sure minecraft wasn't blocked. After that I tied again, and no luck. I reinstalled the launcher, reinstalled Java. I'm just stuck here with what to do.
Can somebody PLEASE help me. It's been like this for about 3-4 hours. Thank you to anyone who helps!

If you have access to the internals of the computer check and make sure all of your cords and chips are plugged in correctly. When the desktop fell over it may have caused some of you memory to come loose which would not allow minecraft to run
First - Most computers you can take a screen shot even though you don't think you can - unless you don't have a PrintScreen Button on your keyboard. Which most keyboards do. If you press that button and bring up mspaint you can press ctrl V to paste the screen shot in.
Second - Knocking over the Desktop - should not cause the error you are getting - this sounds like a network error - Ethernet Cable coming loose - etc. However if you are online then that tells us that you have a good connection.
The error you say you are getting - Sorry but we couldn't not connect to our servers - sounds like the server you are trying to connect to may be busy or may see you as still logged in as you did not disconnect correctly.
Are you trying to connect to a specific server?
Are you able to launch Minecraft and create a local game?
