I had been having minor problems with my computer, and my dad got suspicious, thinking it was minecraft. And that was a contributing factor in minecraft being removed from my computer. When that happened, most of the glitches/problems went away. Yesterday, I re downloaded it, and the computer started having some minor glitches again.
Also my dad got suspicious that it could be some of the servers i play aswell.
Is this just a very unfortunate coincidence? Or does it actually have something to do with Minecraft? And is it possible for servers to carry viruses/malicious files? Are there any free virus scans i can use to check the integrity of the file? (Sorry about the long strand of questions)
Problems Were:
Mouse randomly deciding not to work.
When the screen blacks out due to inactivity to protect your pixels from burning, sometimes it would not come back to the desktop, the back light would come on and it would circle trough the av1/hdmi/etc but never stop and load the desktop.
Computer would crash every one and a while (i solved this by allocating more memory though)
Problem Two
When i play on multi player, the chunk rendering is great, and loads decently fast, but the players won't, I can see around 250 blocks (estimate) but i cant see any other players unless they are within 57-75 blocks of me.
Is there something i could do to fix this?
It hasn't ever been recorded that playing on a server can pass on virus's via minecraft
in theory the server owner would have your ip and could mount an attack, but that is very unlikly
Java itself has many known vulnerabilities in it and many people gain malware via basic java scripts on websites, i think its just a coincidence your playing minecraft and a possible malware may've got in somehow else.

the server issue could be server side, do you get the same on all servers, or just one?
It happens on all most all the servers I play on but mc.arkhamnetwork.org (not trying to advertise) is where it is the worst. I've only played KitPvP on that server, but they do entity removal more than every 5 minutes.
i would suggest you contact the server owners via their website/forum page and see if they have any known issues, also how fast is your internet connection?

Ermm. I know my computer is a faster one. Defiantly not the fastest, but like wise, definitely not the slowest. I get around 64 FPS. (If that helps) But as I said before, the chunk load speed is really good, it's just the people load speed (ik that's not really a thing)
well not your internet connection, i'd guess its more server related, on the server list ingame what ping do you get when you hover your mouse over the signal bars?

Thank you so much!
The server glitch is still unanswered though.
