This is all i can see every time I create a new world. I'm using the default texture in this one.
everything seems to be there i just cant see it, sometimes i can see the water effects and animal shadows on the ground but not the ground itself. Iv tried a few other texture packs but nothing has helped. Iv updated my java and I have removed all minecraft related items from my PC and re downloaded it three times now. If anyone can provide me with help that would be greatly appreciated.
glad your sorted, the beta drivers break minecraft at the moment, they (AMD) are messing with a newer settings that replace opengl, minecraft uses opengl
From what i read mantle is an opengl replacement, tho i mayve read it wrong,
Looking at the release notes for 14.2 they have fixed the minecraft issue, try 14.2 at your own risk though
edit:- yh can't find where i saw opengl mentioned in the mantle blurb now, maybe it was just dsaying how its more optimised than opengl lol

ModeratorIf so uninstall them completely and install the stable 13.x drivers.
If not goto minecraft video settings and set mipmap to off
