So not once in my gaming life have I ever experienced this type of lag. Basically, what happens, is whenever I log into one specific server, I'll experience a sort of ping lag, where I can type, walk around and such, but can't actually see the chat I type, or open containers (chests, furnaces), at least for 5-10 seconds every single time. Once I wait it out, though, everything runes like normal. Maybe the occasional lag spike here and there, but nothing too out of character. However, whenever I die, tp, or move extremely fast (say, with the dragon travel plugin on a particluar server), I'll begin to experience the huge lack of ability to communicate with the server. The one main server this happens on has another plugin that allows you to see the world (blocks/creations) as well as player locations on a webpage map (plugin is called dynmap). I can clearly see on the dynmap that my location is changing as it should normally, as if I were in single player, or not experiencing the lag.
But here's the real kicker: Last week it was flawless. Entirely. Not once during all 7 days last week did I have any problems whatsoever involving lag. But before last week, I had experienced the lag. Only this monday did it return. I'm not sure how this makes any sense, but that's why I'm here posting it.
Also, sometimes I would get kicked from the server with the famous message, "Internal Exception io.netty.handler.timeout.readtimeoutexception".
So here I am, helpless as an infant, hoping for the grace period to be restored. Any help will be appreciated, and I give thanks in advance.
Also, here's what the development console says:

Minor quick update: (I forgot this stuff)
Also, I seem to be getting the exception error that kicks me even right after I join sometimes, so if that helps find a solution, it's there ^.
Another update. I've also gotten word that nobody else on the server is experiencing this problem. To reiterate what I've tried to say, I also only experience the lag on this server (no others).
The lag has gotten worse, too. Sometimes I'm sitting here for a minute or two waiting for the server to respond to my client.
