Try updating your video card drivers.
If you have invidia go to nvidia homepage site
if you have ATI go to AMD homepage site
after that you might need to reinstall minecraft, for safety reasons.
And by reinstalling i mean manualy removing the source folder and installing fresh trough your minecraft lancher
