i deleted my .minecraft folder while trying to solve a problem but it doesnt redownload it when i try to play the game
Here is what it says:

Please fix the error and restart.


i dont know how to fix said error so if anyone knows what to do pls help me

If neither of those work then it's something wrong with your internet or their servers. Try restarting your router if all else fails.

my internet is fine and ive seen everyone else playing minecraft just fine, and ive tryed both of your suggestions too

Had the exact same error, turns out it was an update to java blocking it, http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2457295-sorry-but-we-couldnt-connect-to-our-servers/
