Windows 8.1 not able to play.

Hello everyone. I have a windows 8.1 PC and I cannot play. It gives me a Pixel error and crashes. I have attached a dxdiag report and was wondering if anyone could help. I ihave installed Java and Java SE Runtime Environment 7.

Note: The following instructions are only for users with Windows 8.1 and an AMD Radeon™ HD 4000, HD 3000 or HD 2000 Series. Your card is not officially supported under Windows 8.1, which is why the standard installation method cannot be used. Please follow the instructions below.

Download and install Catalyst Software Suite (147 MB, 13.1, 1/21/2013).
Standard installation path is:
- C:\AMD\Support\13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc
Your display driver will be located over here (copy this link):

C:\AMD\Support\13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc\Packages\Drivers\Display\W86A_INF

Go to "Device Manager"
Locate your "Display adapters" and double click on "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series"
Go to "Driver" tab
Click "Update Driver..."
Click "Browse my computer for driver software"
Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
Click "Have Disk..."
Paste the link to the "W86A_INF" folder in the Browse field and click "OK"
Click "Next" to install the driver.
Restart your computer.
