Chat not working

On this one server, whenever I chat, nothing pops up. When I press T, the little box pops up, but when I type and hit enter, nothing happens. Although, its only not working on this one server, its fine on everything else. Please help!

Everyone else is talking. I also was able to to talk before, but not now.
