I just got Windows 8 on my computer and my Minecraft keeps crashing tell me what is going on and how to fix it plz!! I MISS PLAYING!!!!

1. There is no actual, direct way of (re/un)installing Minecraft, so I will directly assume what you meant and rephrase it:
Delete .minecraft and the launcher, download the launcher and run the game.

2. Minecraft has got three versions, .exe for Windows, .dmg for osx, and .jar for linux+everything else

First of all I would just mention that the only thing spamming emoticons is going to do for you is to give people less of a desire to help you.
Besides, you might want to give us some more information, when does it crash, how does look like/what happens on the screen.

Oracle's webpage will check if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit web browser, say if OP were to use chrome the webpage would always think you are running 32-bit. Solution, right click on "My Computer" and chose properties actually, just watch this video:
