I am trying to use the Twitch broadcasting and keep receiving this message: "Could not start stream: TTV_EC_RTMP_REJECTED". Also when I got to Broadcast list, all of them are listed as down.
I am on a PC running Windows 8.1 and I have also re-downloaded 1.7.4.
From what I understand that error has to do with your bitrate being too high. In the broadcasting options you should be able to lower your bitrate (which is ultimately linked to your upload speed) Lower that as low as it can go and try again.
