First I would like to say thank you for looking at this.....I am having a great deal of trouble with lag/choppy game play with one of our PC's. We use 3 different PC's as a family and one of these is having trouble. The odd part about this for me is that this is the newest and best system we have by far......the other 2 are older 32 bit machines with no more than 4 gb of ram and the latest Java. The graphic cards in them are up to date....they run consistently at 80+ FPS without optifine.
The rig in question has worked perfectly until a month or so ago.....I would seem it's timing was near or around the 1.7 update.......at that time I installed new virus software on all of rigs as well.
I installed a new 400 w power supply last night and a new G-force Gt 640. This increased the FPS from 30/50 to 90/300. Although the quality increased it still is has lag......Ugh!
I have also noticed that when I am playing in in our saved worlds I see this lag the entire time......but when I went to a darce craft server this morning I detected no lag.

increased the Java to a higher priority in processes.
I am limited in my ability to diagnose this issue and would greatly appreciate any help.......Thank You Kindly
