First off, I am not here to troll nor did I use any cheats on my map. This all happen in my vanilla survival minecraft save.
So here is what happen for about 2-3 months I've been working on this map, although I took a break from playing minecraft so I haven't load the map in about 2 weeks. When I load my map about +500? Skeletons were spawned in front of me. I'm the only one who knows the password to my computer, so no one could have log into my world and spawn all those skeletons to troll me. So I pretty much have no idea how this happened. The only real notable thing was when I stop playing before there was a chuck loading glitch/error (I personally have no idea what it's really called).
Have anyone else ever had this randomally happen to them?
That is probably the reason, whether you believe or not, especially if this is a vanilla survival world.
It's just not possible that someone else had access to my PC. Aside from the fact it is password protect, my laptop is with me at all time due to the fact I need it for work, and secondly my laptop is in my room when I'm alseep. So I'm sure I would hear if someone is one it.
I do have the pixelmon mod is the same directory with all my other minecraft files, but I do believe the mod was one considering I never seen any pokemon in my world. Lol

What you see is world corruption. In many cases, world corruption can cause certain entities to spawn in large numbers, more commonly chickens and zombies, and this negatively impacts performance, where Minecraft would eat up RAM faster than it usually would and the garbage collector will not have sufficient time to clear before the game would crash with the "out of memory" error.
If your world got corrupted you can try to repair it with MCEdit. Open the offending world in MCEdit, press 'ctrl-i' and select 'Repair regions' in the dialogue which pops up. Once this has completed, save your world and exit MCEdit.
You may also want to remove entities from the map, follow these steps. Warning: This will delete any and all entities in the selected region, including tamed animals! Open the map in MCEdit, select the affected region or use CTRL-A to select the whole world, then click on 'Delete Entities' in the menu on the left hand side.
To download MCEdit, go to http://www.mcedit.net/ and choose the version appropriate for your OS.

Cestislife, I appreciate the response and I'll give your fix a try here soon. Thanks!

Yep, that would be due the fact my other pick is about to break, and the one you use in my hotbar is the one I'm using to repair it.

Hm, I don't really know then.
Is there a way to check the "logs" of a map to see what commands have been used in the past?
