My minecraft keeps crashing and i need help these are the logs

this is whats happening to me to, how do we fix it

I've been having a very similar problem and I can't figure out what to do to fix it. It was working totally fine a couple weeks ago but now it crashes every time I try to load or create a world. The last bit of the log looks like this every time:
