I left my world open for over 24 hours while I was away so my roommate could play on the single player LAN. When I got home I restarted my computer and the game was still unusually slow. I could get in detail, but this link explains it best.

I have tried to use MC edit to fix it but I didnt see how it helped at all. I will upload my world to see if someone can do anything to salvage it.
