I have a pretty good iMac but when playing mine craft i only get about 30FPS. But i recently allocated more ram and when up to 100. The issue is that when i join a server my fps starts out really low like at 5 and quickly goes up to about 100-120. Then it slowly goes down to 30. This happening in a matter of 30 seconds, can anybody tell me why is changes so quickly? And how i can get it to stay high? I have tried the Standard and Light Optifine versions.
