My minecraft will open, but once it opens it just says "Loading profiles" and "Welcome guest, please log-in. Loading versions . . ." But it never loads them :(. Does anyone know how to fix this?
When this message is up, Minecraft is trying to download the version list from Mojang. You could try disconnecting from the Internet, Launching MC, getting it past the "Loading Profiles" stage, then re-connecting to the Internet and hitting "Play".

This is an issue with Java which is fixed in JRE8 EA.
