Well playing Super Hostile Legendary (a map meant for Beta 1.7.3) i accedently overwritted the level.dat file by going on in present day minecraft(1.7.4). It started converting before i realised what i was doing. Then, when i realised, i rapidily tried to close miencraft. It was not working so I went to task manager and closed it that way. When I went back on (in B1.7.3)it was back to normal however when i took 2 steps the world closed on me. it took me back to the tiltle screen and when i tried to join again i was back on the start of the map!
Please help i have been playing this map for a month and i really don't want to restart.
