Haven't played MC in about a year, trying to jump back on except I can't access any server I find, I have gone to http://minecraftservers.org/ and tried all the servers on the front page, some multiple times, I go to Multiplayer>Add Server>Enter the IP that's on the site>Done and then it just says "Can't reach server" on all of them, even the ones that state they are online on the website.
I have forced updated my client.
Am I doing everything right, or whats the issue?

On one of the serves it also just says "???" or "1.7.2 in red"
The 1.7.2 in red problem means that the server is outdated. Minecraft is 1.7.4, and so older servers are not compatible with new versions of MC.
Otherwise, I'm baffled.
Thanks, still having issues, a new one has appeared. "Connection Lost: End of Stream"
I have Migrated my Mojang account today, thinking that might be it, but still having the issues, driving me crazy I really wanna start playing again...
