Hi Everyone:

So Umm I Turned On My Computer After 2 Days Without Using It And When I Open Up Minecraft It Doesnt Let Me Log In It. Its Keeps Saying FATAL ERROR Plz Fix And Restart... Im Like ._. I Srsl Need To Play Minecraft Gotta Finish Up My Map D: And Just In Case I Tried The Following:

1) Update Java
2) Delete Minecraft.jar ( Update It )
3) Login On Minecraft.net

I Cant Find The Problem!!!

Thts When U Awesome People Error Experts Come In

Has Anyone Had The Same Problem? Did U Fix It? How!?! Know How To Fix It? Plz Tell Me Im Freaking Out Umm Well Uhh I Dont Know If This Has To Do With Anything But My Comp Is Currently Doing A Windows Update Maybe Finish The Update? I Dont Know Well Umm Yeah Id Luv It And Appreciate It BIG If U Guys Could Help Me. U Always Do ^^.

The First Half Is The One Bothering Cause The Last One Came After I Deleted Minecraft.jar ( Updating )

Well I Got Avast Opened But Tht Was Always Opened When I PlayedAlso Got Firewall Opened Thou Umm What Does Tht Have To Do With It?

This actually happend to me too. In this case just follow Yoshi's advice, because firewall can cause some problems.

Ive seen cases where the router has filtered out downloads from the Amazon servers. If perhaps it supports some kind of malware protection, parental controls, etc. It *might* be filtering out those links based on some criteria. At least it's something to check if the computers firewall and antivirus are playing no role in this.
