Unable To access Jarfile

Everytime I run minecraft.exe I get an error of "Error: Unable to Access Jarfile: C:\Users\******\Downloads\minecraft,exe" It does this for any version of minecraft and any of the big mod packs as well. I have no idea how to proceed. I have both 32-bit and 64-bit java installed.

Why ask for help if you are going to hide the source of the problem?

username have an exclamation point in it? that's a problem. http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/special-characters/

Had no way of knowing that the username was the problem. It does have a special character in it so I will try that fix. Thank you!
