Hello everybody!!!
this is my problem:
My pc is a core i7, 16GB RAM, Nvidia geforce GT 635M 2GB but I just can play Minecraft with 25FPS.
I play with the shortest render distance and fast graphics :S
Some stuff you can do in your Minecraft video settings menu:
•Set Maxiumum FPS to whatever number's highest. (This enables super fast FPS)
•Turn smooth lighting off.
•Turn clouds off.
•Lower the chunk visibility (I know you already did this, but this in for people who might come to this topic for help)
•Turn graphic settings to fast. (Also, I know you already did this)
Some stuff you can do in your computer:
•Close/quit everything but Minecraft.
•Connect to better wifi. (Not 100% sure this works, but sometimes it seems to)
•Clean your desktop. (This helps, especially if you don't play Minecraft in fullscreen)
•Clean your computer. (This could help, especially if your computer is running out of space)
•Allocate more RAM to Minecraft. (Here's a Minecraft Forum topic on that: http://www.minecraft...-for-minecraft/)
•Give your computer more RAM. (I know you already have a ton, but this is for other people)
Your computer may not be using the nVidia card to render Minecraft. Right click on Minecraft > Run with graphics processor > high performance nvidia processor.
