[win 8.1]Minecraft wont start

Hello, I cant seem to start the game. Using Windows 8.1. So far I've reinstalled Java, double checked my video drivers, firewalls, and directx stuff. I cant seem to figure out whats wrong.

Java is 1.7.0_51 64 bit

What exactly doesn't work?

when you hit play does anything happen?

When I hit play nothing comes up, when I go to the task manager it says java has stopped responding

Nope its a stock minecraft, never even seen the loading screen on this comp
