If you have installed the latest 14.1 AMD BETA drivers, then this would be your issue. Please uninstall said drivers, then grab the stable 13.12 version.

YES YES YES! I had the same problem. I got 14.1 to try out Mantle with BF4 and then when I tried to play Minecraft, it would not work. Revert, and now it does. Thanks. I hope it worked for you rfizz.
